"Ayurveda essentials" workshop + Tasting of Herbal teas with Prachi

Ayurveda is a simple multidimensional philosophy of life, deeply rooted in non-religious spirituality. During this event, Deescha Prachi, the founder of "Jaya Ayurveda", will host for us the Introduction to Ayurveda and Doshas workshop, followed by tasting of herbal teas. 

ATTENTION: This event is free for the members of the club "Good Friends 4U" (www.good-friends.org). Non-members and returning visitors will be asked for a free will donation to cover the cost of materials, drinks and snacks.
